At Glyphstergo, we deliver digital, non-tangible products and services such as software source code, custom development (customization), and deployments that cannot be returned once delivered. Accordingly, all sales are final unless otherwise specified below.
Final Sale - Once you receive the source code via download link or deployment, no refunds will be issued. Your purchase is considered final. Demos Provided - We offer fully functional demos of our products covering user interfaces, admin panels, and APIs to help you assess functionality prior to purchase. It is your responsibility to review these demos before buying. Pre-Purchase Code Samples - On request, we may share code samples to help verify structure, quality, or compatibility before purchase. Non-Qualifying Refund Reasons - Refunds will not be granted due to, - Changes of preference (e.g., switching to a different theme or script after purchase). - Subjective expectations not met, provided the product performs as advertised in the demo. - Client-side technical or environmental issues (e.g., browser settings, hosting infrastructure). - External platform rejections (e.g., App Store, Google Play), though we may assist with suggested modifications and resubmit the apps accordingly.
Service Agreement & Payments - Once development begins following your payment (or deposit), resources are allocated and work is scheduled. Due to these commitments, refunds generally cannot be offered post-commencement.
Software Purchases - Cancellation is not applicable once a purchase is finalized (i.e., code delivered or deployed). Service Projects - Cancellations before or during the customization work may not be eligible for a refund.
