Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Glyphstergo, we deliver digital, non-tangible products and services such as software source code, custom development (customization), and deployments that cannot be returned once delivered. Accordingly, all sales are final unless otherwise specified below.

1. Product Purchases (Source Code, Scripts, Ready-Made Software)

  • Final Sale – Once you receive the source code (via download link, email, or deployment), the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
  • Demos Provided – We offer fully functional demos (user app, admin panel, API, etc.) to help you evaluate features and functionality before purchasing. It is your responsibility to review these demos prior to making a decision.
  • Pre-Purchase Code Samples – On request, we may share limited code samples to help verify structure, quality, or compatibility before purchase.

1.1. Non-Qualifying Refund Reasons

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as:

  • Change of preference after purchase (e.g., switching to another theme or script).
  • Product meeting demo specifications but not subjective expectations.
  • Client-side technical or environmental issues (e.g., hosting/server setup, browser/device compatibility).
  • External platform rejections (e.g., App Store, Google Play). While we may provide guidance or modifications, approval lies with the third-party platform.

1.2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The product was not delivered.
  • The delivered code is severely defective or unusable and cannot be fixed after reasonable support.
  • The product is materially different from what was advertised.

2. Custom Development & Services

  • Service Agreement & Payments – Once customization or development work begins after your payment (or deposit), our team allocates resources and schedules work. Because of this commitment, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Requests – Requests to cancel service projects already in progress will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, any refund will be prorated based on the work already completed and resources utilized.

3. Cancellations

  • Software Purchases – Cancellations are not applicable once the product (code or deployment) has been delivered.
  • Service Projects – Cancellations requested before the commencement of work may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will be treated as a breach of agreement. We reserve the right to dispute and challenge chargebacks with supporting evidence of delivery, communication, and client approvals.

5. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
